This cooking kit features a stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and a lift-off high shelf, designed for durability and easy maintenance. It is equipped with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a shrouded flash tube pilot system (one pilot per two burners), and heavy-duty cast grates that are easy to lift off for cleaning. The extra deep grates in the back accommodate large pans or stock pots, while the extra deep pull-out crumb tray with welded corners effectively contains liquids. The kit also includes a 35,000 BTU/hr. convection oven in place of a standard oven, measuring 24"D x 26-38"W x 13-78"H, powered by a 115V - 1 phase blower motor with 4 amps, along with a 6' cord and plug; it comes with three oven racks, with full-size sheet pans fitting side-to-side. The convection oven motor necessitates field attachment, and the oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F with two oven racks and four rack positions.
