The cooking kit includes a stainless steel front, top, and sides, featuring an infrared broiler with two 15,000 BTU/hr ceramic infrared burners, providing a total input of 30,000 BTU/hr. It is designed with dual heat controls for zone cooking and offers improved temperature control ranging from 250°F to 800°F at the rack. The standing pilot ignition system ensures reliable starting, while the removable full-width spillage pan allows for easy cleaning. It includes a 3/4 in. top gas connection and a gas pressure regulator. Additionally, the unit can be range mounted with an optional reinforced shelf, wall-mounted with optional brackets, or counter-mounted with an optional leg set.
