Amt solids handling end suction centrifugal pumps are designed for continuous-duty OEM, industrial/commercial, and general service applications including circulation, chemical processing, liquid transfer, and cooling. The pull-from-rear design allows for easy service without disturbing any piping. These pumps feature self-cleaning impellers that prevent clogging and can handle solids up to 3/8" in diameter. It is important to note that the pumps are not self-priming and require flooded suction or positive suction pressure. The technical attributes of the pumps include cast iron construction, a carbon/ceramic seal with EPDM/EPR elastomers and O-rings, and a 303 stainless steel motor shaft. The discharge can rotate in 45-degree increments and is equipped with front drain plugs. The pumps have a maximum working pressure of 125 PSI and a maximum temperature of 180 F. They come with a NEMA dual cycle 50/60 Hz, base-mounted motor.
