The AMT interchangeable coolant/oil pumps are dependable, economical replacement pumps equivalent to units supplied with both domestic and foreign made machine tools such as Fuji, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Hitachi. These pumps are specifically designed for the circulation and spraying of coolants and cutting oils, featuring a suction-type design that must be mounted above the liquid level or in other remote locations, with a maximum suction lift of 2 ft. Suitable for circulating coolant in applications with large amounts of foreign matter and for spraying cutting oil in all types of machines, except grinders, these pumps include features such as cast iron construction, a stainless steel impeller, a carbon steel shaft, and a carbon/ceramic shaft seal. Additionally, they are self-priming up to 2 ft., with totally enclosed motors equipped with sealed, permanently lubricated bearings for optimal protection against dirt, moisture, and soil, and semi-open impellers that are effective for handling some solids and fine contaminants.
