The AMT interchangeable coolant/oil pumps are reliable and cost-effective replacements compatible with both domestic and foreign machine tools, including brands such as Fuji, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Hitachi. Designed for the circulation and spraying of coolants and cutting oils, these immersion-type pumps feature a design that requires no bearings, seals, or packing, making them ideal for pumping liquids with fine contaminants. Suitable for use in grinders and high-temperature applications, the pumps include totally enclosed motors with sealed, permanently lubricated bearings, providing protection from dirt, moisture, and soil. They come equipped with semi-open impellers that efficiently handle solids and fine contaminants. Constructed from cast iron with a stainless steel impeller and a carbon steel shaft, these pumps have a seal-less design for pumping abrasives, and can effectively pump liquids down to 2 inches, making them particularly well-suited for environments with fine particulates.
