AMT Solids Handling End Suction Centrifugal Pumps are engineered for continuous duty high flow and high pressure applications, including chemical process, liquid transfer, cooling, pressure boosting, circulating, dirty water, and applications requiring contaminant-free pumping. They are constructed from rugged deep drawn stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. These pumps feature an investment cast stainless steel closed impeller for enhanced performance, achieving high efficiencies while handling a maximum of 1/8" diameter solids. Each model comes equipped with Viton Type 21 mechanical seals and O-rings, offering a broad range of chemical compatibility, while a cast iron motor adapter ensures a positive and rigid mounting to the motor. It is important to note that these pumps are not self-priming and require flooded suction/positive suction pressure. Key specifications include stainless steel construction, high efficiency closed impeller, carbon/ceramic seal with Viton elastomers and O-ring, chemical resistant design, discharge port that rotates in 90-degree increments, maximum temperature of 200°F, maximum working pressure of 150 PSI, aerospace fusion welding, NEMA base mounted motors, and a stainless steel motor shaft and hardware.
