AMT Solids Handling End Suction Centrifugal Pumps are engineered for continuous-duty low pressure OEM, industrial/commercial, and general service applications including circulation, chemical processing, liquid transfer, dirty water, and cooling. These robust and compact pumps feature a pull-from-rear design that allows for easy service without disturbing any piping. They are equipped with a self-cleaning, semi-open stainless steel impeller that prevents clogging and handles solids of 1/8" diameter. It is important to note that these pumps are not self-priming and require flooded suction or positive suction pressure. The construction includes 300 Series investment cast stainless steel, while the seals come in both carbon/ceramic with Viton® elastomers and SiC/SiC with Viton® elastomers. The discharge port is adjustable in 90-degree increments, and the design also features a front drain plug. Each pump is mounted with a NEMA 56J TEFC base mounted motor, complemented by a stainless steel motor shaft and hardware. The maximum working pressure is 75 PSI, and the maximum temperature supported by the pump is 200°F.
