Amt solids handling end suction centrifugal pumps are designed for continuous-duty low pressure OEM, industrial/commercial, and general service applications including circulation, chemical processing, liquid transfer, dirty water, and cooling. These durable and compact pumps feature cast iron construction, a stainless steel self-cleaning semi-open impeller that prevents clogging and can handle solids of 1/8" diameter. They include a carbon/ceramic seal with Viton elastomers as well as an SIC/SIC seal with Viton elastomers. The available discharge port can rotate in 90-degree increments, and the pumps come equipped with a front drain plug, a NEMA 56J TEFC base mounted motor, and a stainless steel motor shaft and hardware. The maximum working pressure is 75 PSI and the maximum temperature is 180 F. The pull-from-rear design facilitates easy service without disturbing any piping, and it is important to note that these pumps are not self-priming and require flooded suction or positive suction pressure.
