These barricades are constructed from heavy-duty 16 gauge steel and are powder coated for long-term weather resistance. The frames are made from 1.5" (38mm) diameter steel tubing, while the uprights consist of 1/2" steel tubing. The design incorporates 21 closely spaced uprights for maximum rigidity, which are fully inserted into the frame before welding to ensure extraordinary strength. This model is equipped with bridge feet (bases) suitable for smooth surfaces such as tarmac, minimizing trip hazards in pedestrian traffic areas. For enhanced stability, the barricades interlock using the industry standard hook and half-loop fastening system.
