These barricades are constructed from heavy-duty 16 gauge steel and feature a powder-coated finish for long-term weather resistance. The frames are made from 1.5" (38mm) diameter steel tubing, while the uprights consist of 1/2" steel tubing. There are 21 closely spaced uprights designed for maximum rigidity, which are fully inserted into the frame before welding, ensuring extraordinary strength. This model includes flat feet (bases) suitable for use on smooth surfaces such as tarmac, minimizing trip hazards for pedestrian traffic. The barricades interlock using the industry-standard hook and half-loop fastening system.
