Precision Brand® 06045 1/4" x 2-5/16" x 3" plastic horseshoe shim #24 comes in a package of 500 pieces, featuring lightweight "U" shaped designs that fit around bolts and anchors. These shims can be easily nailed or screwed into surfaces and are color coded for easy identification. They are particularly suitable for leveling surfaces during the installation of windows, curtain walls, doors, and cabinets. The shims are economical, available in a wide variety of sizes, and offer excellent compressive strength ranging from 10 to 12,000 PSI. Additionally, they are unaffected by micro-organisms, alkalis, ground chemicals, and liquids, and will not rust, rot, strain, or leach.
