These lightweight "U" shaped shims are specifically designed to fit around bolts and anchors, and they can be nailed or screwed into surfaces. They are color coded for easy identification and are ideal for leveling surfaces during the installation of windows, curtain walls, doors, and cabinets. The shims feature an economical design, a wide variety of sizes, and excellent compressive strength, rated at 10 to 12,000 PSI. Additionally, they are unaffected by micro-organisms, alkalis, ground chemicals, and liquids, and will not rust, rot, strain, or leach.
