The CM® Weblok assembly 867030-4 is designed for synthetic-to-attachment applications, featuring a 7/8" size and a 30,000 lbs capacity. This assembly allows for quick, easy, and safe sling attachment, combining the CM Hammerlok® coupling link with a synthetic sling attachment. Available in two designs, the synthetic-to-attachment Weblok integrates a single or double load pin retention system, depending on your application's requirements. The system is compatible with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics. The forged construction of the rigging products ensures greater ductility, better fatigue life, higher tensile strength, and a finer grain structure, resulting in lighter and better-performing products with a reduced risk of internal defects. The synthetic sling attachment features a CM orange powder-coated finish, providing an extra-smooth surface for secure synthetic attachments. The double retention Weblok incorporates a load pin retention system with a bolt head and lock nut for maximum safety during extreme use, while the single retention option employs the same system found in CM's Hammerlok. This product is compliant with industry-recognized overhead lifting standards, including ASTM A952 and WST.
