The CM® Weblok assembly 877020-2 is designed for synthetic-to-synthetic lifting with a capacity of 10,000 lbs and a diameter of 5/8". This assembly facilitates quick and safe sling attachments, combining the CM Hammerlok® coupling link with dual synthetic sling attachments for enhanced versatility. The product can be utilized with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics, enabling efficient lift connections via a master link or other rigging attachments. Constructed from forged rigging materials, the Weblok offers superior ductility, fatigue life, tensile strength, and a finer grain structure compared to cast products, resulting in a lighter and more reliable tool with a reduced risk of internal defects. Its synthetic sling attachments feature a distinctive CM orange powder-coated finish, ensuring an extra-smooth surface for optimal performance. The assembly is compliant with industry-recognized overhead lifting standards, meeting ASTM A952 and WSTD certifications. Users can choose between single or double load pin retention systems, with the double retention option incorporating a bolt head and lock nut to prevent pin disengagement during extreme use, while the single-retention variant utilizes the proven retention system of CM’s Hammerlok.
