The CM® Weblok Assembly 867020-4 is designed for synthetic-to-attachment applications, featuring a capacity of 12,500 lbs. This assembly allows for quick and safe sling attachment when used with synthetic slings, incorporating the industry-leading CM Hammerlok® coupling link along with a synthetic sling attachment. The Weblok is available in two designs: synthetic-to-attachment and synthetic-to-synthetic, the latter allowing for sling connections at both ends. The assembly can be used with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics, providing efficient lifting capabilities. The forged rigging products outperform cast products in terms of ductility, fatigue life, and tensile strength, contributing to a lighter, better-performing assembly with reduced risk of internal defects. The synthetic sling attachment features a CM orange powder-coated finish, enhancing the smoothness for synthetic connections. The Weblok is available with single or double load pin retention systems; double retention incorporates a bolt head and lock nut for added safety during extreme use, while the single-retention option employs the same trusted system as CM's Hammerlok. The assembly meets ASTM A952 and WST standards, ensuring compliance with recognized overhead lifting safety regulations.
