The CM® Weblok assembly 867010-4 is a synthetic-to-attachment device designed for a 3/8" sling with a capacity of 6250 lbs. This assembly facilitates quick, easy, and safe sling attachment when using synthetic slings. Available in two designs, it includes synthetic-to-attachment Webloks combining CM Hammerlok® coupling links with CM synthetic sling attachments, as well as synthetic-to-synthetic Webloks featuring two synthetic sling attachments. The Weblok can accommodate both round slings and web slings, with options for single or double load pin retention based on application needs. With forged rigging products offering superior ductility, fatigue life, and tensile strength, the CM Weblok ensures better performance and reduced risk of defects compared to cast products. The synthetic sling attachment portion features a CM orange powder-coated finish for a smooth surface. Certified to meet industry-recognized overhead lifting standards, the assembly offers a safety assurance with single or double retention options, where double retention incorporates a bolt head and lock nut system to prevent load pin disengagement during extreme use. The product meets ASTM A952 and WSTD safety standards, ensuring reliability for overhead lifting applications.
