The CM® Weblok Assembly 867020-2 is designed for synthetic-to-attachment applications with a capacity of 12,500 lbs. This assembly facilitates quick and safe sling attachment using a CM Hammerlok® coupling link combined with a CM synthetic sling attachment. Available in two designs, the synthetic-to-attachment Weblok incorporates either single or double load pin retention to meet various application needs. It is compatible with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetic slings. The forged rigging products offer superior ductility, fatigue life, tensile strength, and a finer grain structure compared to cast products, resulting in lighter and more efficient equipment with reduced risk of internal defects. The synthetic sling attachment features a CM orange powder-coated finish, ensuring a smooth surface for easy connections. The double retention Weblok utilizes a load pin retention system that includes a bolt head and lock nut for maximum safety, while the single retention option employs the same proven system as CM's Hammerlok. This assembly complies with industry-recognized safety standards, including ASTM A952 and WST, ensuring safe operation for overhead lifting applications.
