The CM® Weblok Assembly 867010-2 is designed for synthetic to attachment with a capacity of 6250 lbs, enabling quick, easy, and safe sling attachment when working with synthetic slings. This assembly combines the CM Hammerlok® coupling link with a synthetic sling attachment, while also offering options for synthetic-to-synthetic configurations featuring two synthetic sling attachments. Available with either single or double load pin retention, the Weblok is suitable for use with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics. The forged rigging products provide superior ductility, fatigue life, tensile strength, and a finer grain structure compared to cast products, contributing to lighter, better-performing equipment with a reduced risk of internal defects. The synthetic sling attachment portion showcases a CM orange powder-coated finish, ensuring a smooth surface for attachments. The assembly meets industry-recognized overhead lifting standards and is compliant with ASTM A952 and WSTD specifications. Double retention models feature a load pin retention system that includes a bolt head and lock nut to enhance safety during extreme use, while single-retention models utilize the retention system inherent to the CM Hammerlok design.
