CM® Weblok Assembly 877030-2 Synthetic to Synthetic has a capacity of 25,000 lbs and is designed for quick, easy, and safe sling attachment when working with synthetic slings. This assembly includes either a synthetic-to-attachment Weblok, which combines a CM Hammerlok® coupling link with a CM synthetic sling attachment, or a synthetic-to-synthetic Weblok featuring two synthetic sling attachments. CM Webloks offer single or double load pin retention options depending on the application. They are compatible with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetic materials, allowing for efficient and safe load lifting by connecting a sling to the synthetic sling attachment and a master link or other rigging attachment to the Hammerlok portion. The synthetic sling attachments are coated with CM's recognized orange powder finish for an extra-smooth surface. Forged rigging products provide advantages over cast products, including greater ductility, better fatigue life, higher tensile strength, and a finer grain structure, resulting in lighter, better-performing products with a reduced risk of internal defects. The double retention Webloks feature a load pin retention system with a bolt head and lock nut to prevent the load pin from backing out during extreme use, ensuring maximum safety. The assembly complies with industry-recognized overhead lifting standards and meets ASTM A952 and WSTD certifications.
