The CM® Weblok assembly 877025-2 is a synthetic-to-synthetic connection designed for a capacity of 15,000 lbs, facilitating quick, easy, and safe sling attachments. This assembly features both single and double load pin retention options, catering to different applications. It is suitable for use with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics. The design allows for a sling connection to the synthetic sling attachment and a master link or other rigging attachment to the CM Hammerlok® coupling link. The synthetic sling attachment areas are finished with CM's distinctive orange powder coating, ensuring a smooth surface for enhanced performance. The forged rigging products provide greater ductility, improved fatigue life, higher tensile strength, and a finer grain structure compared to cast products, yielding lighter and higher-performing solutions with reduced internal defect risks. The double retention option includes a load pin retention system featuring a bolt head and lock nut, while the single retention option utilizes the same system as CM's Hammerlok. The assembly meets industry standards, specifically ASTM A952 and WSTD, affirming its compliance with recognized safety protocols.
