The Haws Axion® MSR SP65SS eye/face wash head features a stainless steel construction and an inverted flow design, specifically designed to ensure a medically superior response according to EMT, emergency room, and doctors' office protocols by effectively sweeping contaminants away from the nasal cavity. Unlike traditional eyewashes that irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, which can lead to contaminants entering the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, this model utilizes zero vertical velocity™ stream engineering and provides an even laminar flow for enhanced comfort, stability, and effectiveness. It is important to note that this model is not for use with freeze protected applications. The product carries a Prop 65 warning for California residents, indicating that it contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
