3M™ Scotch® 8915 Clean Removal Filament Tape measures 2 inches by 60 yards and has a thickness of 6 mil, with 24 rolls per case. This tape is designed for temporary holding of appliance parts and consumer goods during manufacturing and shipping. It is constructed with a clear, filament-reinforced polypropylene backing that provides resistance to abrasion, moisture, scuffing, and breaking, even when nicked or punctured. The multi-layer synthetic rubber adhesive system is formulated for high adhesion, stain resistance, and clean removal on various surfaces. It bonds effectively to a range of packaging materials, including corrugated cardboard, fiberboard, plastics, and metals. Additionally, its glass yarn filaments enhance strength for applications such as box closing and bundling, allowing it to withstand rough shipping and handling conditions.
