The Notrax® switchboard non-conductive diamond mat is 1/4" thick and comes in a 4' wide full 75 ft roll, presented in black. This matting is constructed from a PVC compound, specifically designed to provide insulation for workers by preventing grounding and eliminating the risk of electrical shock. The diamond plate top surface enhances traction and facilitates easy cleaning. It is suitable for use in dry environments in front of high voltage boxes, electrical fuse boxes, and transformers. The mat features a diamond plate top surface that offers added traction and is easy to maintain. It is highly recommended to replace the matting every 12 months to ensure optimal performance. The mat is made from an electrically insulative type 2 PVC compound, has a class 2 dielectric strength of 30,000 volts, a proof test of 20,000 volts, and a recommended maximum use voltage of 17,000 volts. Each square foot of this matting is tested in accordance with ANSI/ASTM D-178 specifications.
