Notrax® switchboard non-conductive corrugated mat is 1/4" thick and comes in a full 75 ft roll with a width of 2'. This non-conductive switchboard matting is specifically designed to provide insulation for the worker, utilizing a PVC compound that prevents grounding and eliminates the risk of electrical shock. The mat features a corrugated saw-tooth top surface for increased traction and ease of cleaning. It is suitable for use in dry environments in front of high voltage boxes, electrical fuse boxes, and transformers. For optimal performance, it is highly recommended that the matting be replaced every 12 months. The matting is made from an electrically insulative type 2 PVC compound with a class 2 dielectric strength of 30,000 volts, a proof test of 20,000 volts, and a recommended maximum use voltage of 17,000 volts. Each square foot of this matting is tested in compliance with ANSI/ASTM D-178 specifications.
