This tape features a 5 mil medium-firm acrylic adhesive applied to a polycoated paper liner, specifically engineered to bond high surface energy (HSE) plastics while effectively resisting plasticizer migration common in flexible vinyls. This resistance is crucial as plasticizers can leak from vinyl, leading to adhesive softening and loss of bond strength over time.
