3M™ Scotch® 926 ATG adhesive transfer tape measures 3/4" x 18 yds and has a thickness of 5 mil, with 48 rolls per case. This adhesive transfer tape features the 3M™ adhesive 350, a modified acrylic adhesive that provides high shear strength, making it suitable for applications on challenging surfaces such as low surface energy materials, powder coatings, and oily metals. It delivers immediate adhesion due to its high tack levels and possesses excellent chemical resistance and hold strength even at elevated temperatures, with high temperature performance up to 450°F. The tape bonds on contact to various materials, including metals, plastics, and papers, and is particularly effective on ABS, acrylic, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polycarbonate, polyester (PET), and nylon. Its recommended applications include adhesive transfer tape attachment for demanding industrial tasks, foam and gasket attachment, holding and fixturing in product assembly, bonding folders and boxes with good resistance to flap lifting, and use in situations where automated equipment is not suitable.
