The 3M™ Scotch® 926 ATG Adhesive Transfer Tape measures 1/2" x 36 yds and comes in a case of 72 rolls. This product features the 3M™ adhesive 350, a modified acrylic adhesive known for its high shear strength, making it ideal for challenging surfaces such as low surface energy materials, powder coatings, and slightly oily metals. With high tack levels for immediate adhesion, this tape demonstrates excellent chemical resistance and hold strength even at elevated temperatures up to 450°F. It bonds on contact to a variety of substrates, including metals, plastics, and papers, and is particularly effective for adhering to materials like ABS, acrylic, PP, PE, polycarbonate, polyester (PET), and nylon. It is recommended for use in demanding industrial applications, foam and gasket attachment, holding and fixturing in product assembly, and bonding folders and boxes, providing good resistance to flap lifting. The tape is also suitable for situations where automated equipment is not applicable.
