3M™ Scotch® 987 ATG adhesive transfer tape measures 1/2" x 36 yds and has a thickness of 1.7 mil, with a packaging of 72 rolls per case. This adhesive transfer tape is designed to quickly bond a variety of lighter materials, such as uncoated and coated paper, card stock, paper board, matting, lightweight fabrics, foils, flexible plastics, and foam board. The tape features good adhesion and UV resistance, making it particularly suitable for diverse applications. It is reverse wound on a unique 1 inch core, specifically designed for use with a Scotch® ATG applicator. The transparent adhesive is ideal for print assembly, paper crafting, and picture framing applications, providing excellent bonding on contact to paper stocks and other lightweight materials. Additional features include good resistance to solvents, humidity, moisture, and UV exposure, as well as effective adhesion to smooth and moderately textured surfaces. The tape easily conforms to curves and contours, making it suitable for applications such as bonding mat board in picture frames, creating menus, invitations, table tents, and cards, as well as general-purpose print attachment, point of purchase displays, and promotional inserts.
