Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, making them an ideal choice for overhead lifting applications. This chain is primarily utilized as a sling component and can be employed in all the same applications as Grades 30 through 80. CM HERC-ALLOY® products, which are made in America, are constructed from superior triple alloy steel, ensuring the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. HERC-ALLOY® 100 chain conforms to ASTM A973 standards, while associated components such as hooks and Hammerlok®s meet ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are provided with each sling. The products also comply with NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting, ensuring reliability and safety.
