Grade 100 alloy chain slings possess approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, making them suitable for use as a sling component for overhead lifting. These slings can be applied in all the same scenarios as Grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM Herc-Alloy® products utilize superior triple alloy steel, offering the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy® 100 chain conforms to ASTM A973 standards, while associated components, such as hooks and Hammerlocks®, comply with ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized to ensure traceability, and proof test certificates accompany each sling. Additionally, these products meet NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting.
