Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80 and are utilized primarily as a sling component for overhead lifting. These slings are suitable for all applications compatible with Grades 30 through 80. Made in America, CM Herc-Alloy products are constructed from superior triple alloy steel, ensuring optimal strength-to-weight performance in the industry. The Herc-Alloy 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while other components, such as hooks and Hammerlok®s, adhere to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are provided with every sling. Additionally, these products meet NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting, ensuring reliability and safety in demanding environments.
