Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, making them a preferred choice for overhead lifting applications. Designed primarily as a sling component, Grade 100 chain is suitable for all the same applications as grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM Herc-Alloy® products utilize superior triple alloy steel to deliver the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy® 100 chain meets ASTM A973 standards, while its components, including hooks and HammerLok®s, adhere to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are provided with each sling to ensure compliance and quality. Additionally, these products meet the standards set by NACM, ASME, and OSHA for overhead lifting.
