Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80 and are primarily used as sling components for overhead lifting. This grade of chain can be applied in the same scenarios as Grades 30 through 80. CM Herc-Alloy products, made in America, are constructed from superior triple alloy steel, ensuring the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while components including hooks and HammerloKs adhere to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are supplied with each sling. Additionally, the slings meet the standards set by NACM, ASME, and OSHA for overhead lifting.
