Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80 and are primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting, suitable for all applications of Grades 30 through 80. Made in America, CM Herc-Alloy products utilize superior triple alloy steel that delivers the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. The Herc-Alloy 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while components such as hooks and Hammerlocks fulfill ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are provided with every sling. Additionally, it meets NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting, ensuring compliance and safety in its use.
