Grade 100 alloy chain slings possess approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, making them suitable primarily as a sling component for overhead lifting. These slings can be utilized for the same applications as Grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM Herc-Alloy® products are crafted from superior triple alloy steel, offering optimal strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy® 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while associated components, including hooks and Hammerlok®s, adhere to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are included with every sling. Additionally, these products meet the National Association of Chain Manufacturers (NACM), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards for overhead lifting.
