Grade 100 alloy chain slings offer approximately 25% higher strength compared to Grade 80 and are primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting. These slings, made in America, utilize CM Herc-Alloy® products crafted from superior triple alloy steel, which ensures the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. The Herc-Alloy® 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while the associated components, including hooks and Hammerlok®s, adhere to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are included with each sling. Additionally, these products meet the standards set by NACM, ASME, and OSHA for overhead lifting safety.
