Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, making them ideal for overhead lifting applications. These slings are made from superior triple alloy steel, ensuring the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. The Grade 100 chain can be used for various applications similar to Grades 30 through 80 and is manufactured in America. CM Herc-Alloy® 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while components, including hooks and Hammerlok®s, adhere to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are included with each sling. The product also meets the standards set by NACM, ASME, and OSHA for overhead lifting.
