Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, making them ideal for overhead lifting applications. These slings are composed of Grade 100 chain, which can be used for the same applications as Grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM Herc-Alloy® products are made from superior triple alloy steel, offering the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy® 100 chain conforms to ASTM A973 standards, while components like hooks and Hammerlocks® meet ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are provided with every sling. These products also comply with NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting, ensuring their reliability and safety in demanding environments.
