Grade G-10/FR-4 is the most versatile all-around composite. This Garolite is composed of a glass woven fabric base impregnated with a flame-retardant epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength and good electric strength properties. The kit includes a standard sheet size of 48 in x 96 in (1219 mm x 2438 mm) with a thickness of 0.125 in (3.175 mm). The key features include excellent insulative properties, low moisture absorption, and resistance to chemicals and impact. This material is compliant with UL 94 V-0 flammability standards and is suitable for various industrial applications. Dimensions of the material are precise for easy machining and handling, and it is available in multiple thickness options to meet specific project requirements.
