Grade G-10/FR-4 is the most versatile all-around composite. This Garolite is composed of a glass woven fabric base impregnated with a flame-retardant epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength and good electric strength properties. The kit includes sheets with dimensions of 24 inches by 48 inches and a thickness of 0.125 inches. Key features include a high dielectric strength of 400 volts per mil and a maximum operating temperature of 130 degrees Celsius. It is certified to meet UL 94 V-0 flammability standards and is compliant with industry regulations for electrical insulation materials. The specifications also indicate a density of approximately 1.85 g/cm³ and a tensile strength of 45,000 psi. The product is backed by a standard warranty.
