This baseball-style bump cap addresses the challenges of weight and heat for workers in the field. The insert is constructed from lightweight, durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for maximum ventilation, ensuring continuous airflow and superior breathability without compromising safety. The interior is lined with a removable, washable, anti-microbial pad made of lightweight EPP foam that promotes additional airflow to keep users cooler. Both the pad and shell are equipped with matching vents to channel heat away, while cooling channels in the shell allow air to circulate above the foam for enhanced ventilation. The outer layer features all-over laser-cut polyester mesh for optimal cooling and aesthetic appeal.
