This baseball-style bump cap addresses weight and heat challenges faced by workers in the field. The insert is constructed from durable, lightweight high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ensuring maximum ventilation for continuous airflow and superior breathability without compromising safety. The interior features a removable, washable, and anti-microbial pad made of durable EPP foam, which enhances airflow to keep users cooler. Both the pad and shell include matching vents to channel heat away, while cooling channels in the shell allow air movement above the foam.
