Elvex® ArborPants™ chainsaw pants, model Weljeap1xl32 in X-large size with a 32" inseam, are designed for comfort and durability by professional arborists, featuring a sleek summer weight design that facilitates all-day wear. The ArborPants™ eliminate the straps and loose catch points of traditional chaps, enhancing safety and comfort while climbing or working near chippers and other moving equipment. They are equipped with Prolarlite™ protective padding that effectively jamming saw chains to quickly stop cutting action. The pants are constructed from highly breathable and lightweight nylon/spandex material on the full seat and back of the legs, ensuring ventilation to keep the wearer cool, while also providing flexibility for climbing movements, durability, and washability. The product includes extended protection on the left side of the legs to guard against injuries, a highly elastic waist that stretches up to 8 inches for a comfortable fit, ample deep pockets with flaps and either zipper or Velcro closures to securely store tools and belongings while keeping wood chips out, and an outer layer coating on the thighs, knees, front legs, and ankles made of Kevlar®. The front and waist areas are made from Cordura® nylon fabric, while the seat and back of the legs feature a blend of Cordura® nylon and spandex. The ArborPants™ have been tested and certified by Underwriter Laboratories, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
