Elvex® ArborPants™ chainsaw pants, model Weljeap1m29, are designed in size medium with a length of 29 inches in black. These pants are engineered by professional arborists to provide the lightest, most comfortable, and durable chainsaw protection available. Featuring a thin and sleek summer weight design, ArborPants™ eliminate the straps and loose catch points associated with traditional chaps, enhancing safety and comfort while climbing or working around chippers and other moving equipment. The pants are equipped with ProlarLite™ protective padding that effectively jams the saw chain to quickly halt cutting action. Constructed from highly breathable and lightweight nylon/spandex material on the full seat and back of the legs, they ensure ventilation to keep the wearer cool and comfortable, while allowing flexibility for climbing movements. They include extended protection on the left side of the legs where injuries are most common, a highly elastic waist that stretches up to 8 inches for a comfortable fit, ample deep pockets with flaps and zipper or Velcro closures to secure tools and possessions, and an outer layer made from Kevlar® on the thighs, knees, and front legs, complemented by Cordura® nylon fabric on the front and waist, and Cordura® nylon and spandex for the seat and back of the legs. These pants have been tested and certified by Underwriter Laboratories, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
