The kit includes a tube rack designed with retainer fingers that hold tubes securely, ensuring they remain firmly in place during decanting and water bath procedures. The specially formulated plastic allows the rack to be submerged in water baths, while the fingers eliminate the risk of diluting or spilling. It features end plates for labeling and includes numbered and lettered rows for easy tube identification. The fold-up sides lock securely into the grip decks, allowing for quick assembly that takes only seconds. Additionally, unloaded racks are stackable, and the tube size indicated pertains to grip functionality; smaller tubes may also be accommodated for storage. The rack is steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F).
