3M™ 9086 High Performance Double Coated Tape measures 1" x 60 yds and has a thickness of 7.5 mil, with 18 rolls per case. This tape features a specially-formulated acrylic adhesive that provides very high initial tack along with excellent peel and shear performance across a broad range of surfaces and materials. The tape has a double coated tissue carrier with 3.5 mil adhesive on each side, and a conformable 0.5 mil tissue carrier that is hand-tearable for efficient use. It adheres well to various substrates, including smooth, rough, or textured surfaces, and is effective on materials such as paint, stainless steel, glass, foams, and various plastics. The 375 adhesive family ensures high initial tack and superior performance, while the glassine paper liner facilitates quick release during application. Recommended applications include zero-speed and general splicing, pop displays, fabrics, blind manufacturing, and print finishing.
