The new White Diamond Series refrigerator and freezer combination models from CorePoint Scientific® are designed for both scientific and medical applications. This unit features a 12 cu. ft. capacity (10.5 cu. ft. refrigerator / 1.7 cu. ft. freezer) with two solid swing doors (right hinged, non-reversible) for ease of access. It utilizes advanced technology including a microprocessor temperature controller and digital temperature display with a sample simulated probe for the refrigerator and freezer. The adjustable operating temperature range is from 1°C to 10°C for the refrigerator and -15°C to -25°C for the freezer, which includes an auto defrost cycle every 6 hours. The maximum air temperature in an empty freezer is +4.34°C and -2.89°C when loaded, with a maximum sample temperature of -4.76°C in an empty freezer and -9.58°C when loaded. It is equipped with audible and visual high and low temperature alarms, remote alarm contacts, a bottom footed shelf for air circulation, forced draft circulation, keyed door locks, a magnetic door gasket for a positive seal, integrated door handles, leveling legs, and an LED interior light. There are also two probe access ports (3/8", one for the refrigerator and one for the freezer). The exterior is coated in white powder and is designed with HFC-free refrigerant (R600A), foam insulation, and packaging. The product has a three-year parts and labor warranty, along with an additional two-year compressor parts warranty, and is UL/C-UL listed.
