The Premier Pharmacy dual temp combination units are designed with separate microprocessor temperature controllers that ensure precise temperature control, verification, and recovery. Featuring an interior fan-driven forced-draft air circulation system, these units provide excellent temperature uniformity and quick recovery after door openings, applicable for the refrigerator models only. Each model is equipped with digital temperature displays for easy monitoring. They are also backed by extensive security features, including both audible and visual alarms for critical samples and supplies. The freezer units offer either an automatic or manual defrost operating system, with manual defrost freezers requiring periodic manual defrosting. Included with the units is a temperature monitor device (TMD) that adheres to current CDC guidelines and comes with a 3-year certification of calibration. Furthermore, these models use environmentally friendly natural hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants, which do not contain hydrofluorocarbons and significantly reduce global warming potential (GWP), in compliance with the latest EPA/SNAP mandates as well as UL and ASHRAE compliance guidelines.
