The new White Diamond Series refrigerator and freezer combination models from Corepoint Scientific® are specifically designed for scientific and medical applications. This model features a 9 cu. ft. capacity, with a 4.6 cu. ft. refrigerator and a 4.2 cu. ft. freezer, and includes two exterior swing doors – a glass door for the refrigerator and a solid door for the freezer, both right hinged. The advanced technology is highlighted by a microprocessor temperature controller and a digital temperature display with a sample simulated probe for both the refrigerator and freezer, along with audible and visual high and low temperature alarms. The adjustable operating temperature range is from 1°C to 10°C for the refrigerator and from -15°C to -25°C for the freezer. Additional attributes include remote alarm contacts, keyed door locks, a magnetic door gasket for a positive seal, a recessed door handle for the freezer and a heavy-duty door handle for the refrigerator, leveling legs, and a stacking kit. The refrigerator is equipped with an LED interior light and two probe access ports (3/8"), one for each compartment. Constructed with a white powder-coated exterior and high-density urethane foam cabinet and door insulation, this unit utilizes HFC-free refrigerant (R600A) and foam insulation for enhanced safety. The refrigerator features manual defrost while the freezer operates on cycle defrost, and the model is UL/C-UL listed. It is important to note that this unit requires 2 outlets. The warranty includes three years of parts and labor, plus an additional two years for compressor parts.
