The Ry Wire Rope Hoist is a dual speed hoist and trolley designed for a lifting capacity of 5 tons with a lift height of 33 feet, operating at 460V. It is UL listed and features VFD control for both the hoist and trolley, ensuring smooth operation with a no load high speed function. This model is equipped with premium wire rope, which includes an IWRC and a plastic coated core, a full 360-degree rope guide, and a rope drum. The hoist is driven by a high-performance pull rotor motor brake and includes an externally adjustable upper and lower limit switch, as well as an electronic overload limiter for enhanced safety. Additional features include a standard upper emergency paddle limit, a heavy-duty fan-cooled hoist motor, standard rubber trolley bumpers, and an externally adjustable trolley motor and brake. Furthermore, it incorporates electronic thermal motor protection, a count hour meter, standard guide rollers, and built-in drop stops for added functionality and reliability.
